Prime Tech Center (PTC) – Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions
Applies to: Mobile Phone, iPad, and Tablet Repairs
Prime Tech Center (PTC) is committed to providing exceptional repair services and long-term support for our valued customers. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on select repair services for mobile phones, iPads, and tablets, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Scope of Warranty Coverage
PTC’s Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the following parts and services performed by PTC:
Screen replacements (including broken or defective screens)
Screen protectors (if installed by PTC)
Back glass replacements
Charging ports
Cameras (front and rear)
Speakers and microphones
Physical buttons
Battery replacements
Loyalty program discounts on mobile phone cases, charging cables, and charging adapters
Customers may choose from one of the following protection plans:
Full Phone Coverage (Excludes motherboard and full device replacements. Additional charges may apply for total loss or motherboard failure.)
Screen Coverage Only
Charging Port Coverage
Microphone and Speaker Coverage
Back Glass Coverage
Camera Coverage
Battery Coverage
Button Coverage
2. Warranty Duration
The Lifetime Warranty remains valid for as long as the customer owns the device. There is no limit to the number of claims that can be made under the warranty, provided all terms are met.
3. Claim Process and Deductibles
To make a warranty claim:
The customer must present proof of repair performed at PTC.
A deductible fee applies to each claim, the amount of which depends on the specific repair covered.
Claims must be made in person at a PTC location. Devices must undergo physical inspection by a certified PTC technician before service is provided.
Warranty claims do not cover issues unrelated to the repaired/replaced part.
4. Conditions and Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
Warranty is only valid for parts repaired or replaced by PTC. Parts not serviced by PTC are not covered.
Any pre-existing issues must be disclosed prior to warranty activation. Devices are subject to physical inspection at the time of enrollment in any protection plan.
5. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and device for which the repair was performed.
6. Limitation of Liability
PTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the device. The warranty does not cover loss of data or personal inconvenience caused by device malfunction.
7. Modifications to Terms
PTC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the warranty policy will always be available at our service locations and on our website.
